Shiraz Viognier 2010
The year the drought broke. The rain started on Christmas Day 2009 and continued on and off into vintage.
We picked the Shiraz Viognier from 23 March to 30th March, playing cat and mouse with the weather. Interestingly, given the cooler season and slightly earlier picking, the sugars were not lacking.
5% Viognier, 20% whole bunches.
