2023 was a long cool vintage producing some of the most intensely aromatic, spice laden Shiraz we have ever harvested.

Block Four is higher, gently north facing and always among the first to ripen. In 2023 the Block 4 Shiraz Viognier was beautifully perfumed with flashes of red and black fruit and a rumour of red roses weaving in and out of the potent spice.

When we put the 2023 SV together we kept one 500L puncheon of Block Four separate, left it for an extra eight months then bottled it as a single parcel release.
