Payment must be by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your credit card details will be collected on a secure page operated by Securepay using 128 bit SSL encryption to transmit the credit card data. Clonakilla itself will not see or store your card details.

All amounts shown or charged are in Australian dollars.

We will not use your supplied details for any purpose (other than as a delivery address for the goods purchased) unless you indicate that you wish to join our mailing list. Clonakilla may at its discretion choose not to deliver any given order in which case we will refund any amount charged (to the same credit card).

If for any reason Clonakilla cannot supply the goods you have ordered to the delivery address you supply, then we will refund any amount charged (to the same credit card) and contact you using the contact details you supplied with the order.

Shipping and Delivery

We use Australia post for all our interstate deliveries. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days and we will endeavour to send your purchases as quickly as possible. Please contact us after 10 working days if you have not still not received your wine.

Refund/Return Policy

If your goods do not arrive, or if the wrong wine or amount of wine is sent, or if the goods that arrive are damaged, please retain any damaged goods and contact us. Where Australia Post has either failed to deliver, or damaged the wine, Clonakilla will either resend wine, or refund the purchase amount for the missing or damaged goods.
