I’m pleased to announce our Canberra Clonakilla Spring Release mailing list dinner for 2024.

This year we’re looking forward to teaming up with our friend, the brilliant Ben Willis and his newly assembled team at Louis, situated on the ground floor of Hotel Realm. 

With over 30 years experience and a record number of hats across the capital’s dining scene, Ben brings both flair and technical excellence to a menu which stays true to classic European epicure.

We will pour a collection of 11 wines for you, including current releases, some museum vintages plus two of our rare single parcel Shiraz Viogniers.
