Ceoltóiri (pronounced “keel-toy-ree”) is Irish for “musicians”. The Kirks love playing music, Irish and otherwise. It’s a joy to hear each instrument working to produce a harmony, a complete whole.
2022 was a cool vintage with gentle ripening progressing well into autumn. Strikingly pure fruit flavours are the result.
The Ceoltoiri is a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, Shiraz, Counoise, Cinsault and Roussanne from a one-acre block right next to the windmill at the top of the Clonakilla estate.
